Warranty description:

1. From the date of bill of lading, the warranty period of the mechanical part of the product is 13 months under normal use, and if there are quality problems in the electrical part within 6 months, our company will be responsible for the warranty or make appropriate treatment according to the situation. Wearable parts and plastic parts are not covered by the warranty.

2. Over the warranty period, or beyond the scope of warranty, the cost can be appropriately charged.

3. In the warranty period, free maintenance will not be provided if:

The company will not be responsible for the warranty of the losses caused by unreasonable repair by non-professionals or failure to operate and maintain according to the instructions, but will try our best to assist in proper handling.

Faults are caused by fire, moving, transportation, falling and other force majeure factors at the customer's place and abnormal power supply voltage.

Consumable parts, vulnerable parts, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
